Following the recent sack off 17 permanent secretaries on Monday, November 9, President Muhammadu Buhari has announced the names of the new replacements for the federal government.
According to Sahara Reporters, the president’s announcement was made by Femi Adesina, his spokesman, in a press released.
The total number of new appointees is 54, which includes 18 in the Federal Civil Service.
The statement further noted that their appointment and deployments takes immediate effect from today, November 10, 2015.

President Buhari, recently announced 51-year-old Mrs Winifred Ekanem Oyo-Ita as the new Head of Service.
Oyo-Ita, who is a chartered accountant, is presently the permanent secretary of the ministry of science and technology. She hails from Cross River and will be acting as the service head.
