INTERESTING: See what happened to a man that refuses to pay for se x

A Kado Grade 1 Area Court in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja has heard the case of one Umar Lawal, 37, who is accused of allegedly refusing to pay a lady, Augustus Janet after having se x with her.

The prosecutor, Salisu Khaleel, told the court on Thursday, April 7, that one Augustus Janet of Mpape Village in Abuja reported the matter at the Maitama Police Station on March 21.

Khaleel said that the accused of 12, Negbo Crescent, Wuse 2, Abuja, picked Janet and promised to pay her N10, 000 to have se x with her.

“When Janet demanded for her fee after the se x romp, Lawal beat her up.
“He stabbed her with a bottle on the face and still refused to pay the complainant the agreed sum after having se x with her.”

The prosecutor added that the offense contravened Section 247 of the Penal Code, stating that the accused is facing a count charge of causing grievous hurt.

Daily Post reports that the accused, however, pleaded not guilty to the charge.

The Judge, Malam Abubakar Sadiq, granted the accused bail in the sum of N20, 000 and a surety in like sum, ruling that the surety must reside within the court’s jurisdiction.

Malam Sadiq adjourned the case till Thursday, May 19 for mention.

There have been a series, of such cases lately, about a month ago, commercial se x workers in Delta state reportedly manhandled and detained three married men who refused to pay after enjoying their services.

The prostitutes whose ‘hub’ is around Summit Road, Asaba, the state capital on Thursday February 18, said that they had told the clients that a round of se x was N3,000 while ‘Till Day Break’ ranges between N7,000 and N8,000. But the customers pressured the prostitutes into getting started with an upfront payment of N2,000 for each round, with a promise of paying up the balance afterwards, but refused to fulfill their part of the bargain.

In the same vein, a se x-starved lawyer met his match recently in Abuja when he got into a brawl with a prostitute. The Abuja-based lawyer got into in a fight with the se x worker over N2000 in a hotel at old Maitama area of Kubwa.

The lawyer had gone to stay in the hotel where he met the woman. After negotiation, he agreed to pay her N5,000 for TDB (Till Day Break). But he ended up paying her N3,000 instead, which made the se x worker angry. A source said trouble ensued when she dipped her hand inside his pocket and removed his wallet containing the sum of N7,000.

Meanwhile, an unnamed businessman based in Delta state is presently on the trail of a prostitute who disappeared with his briefcase and driving licence.

The Punch reports that the businessman had been a regular at the brothel in Umunede, where he reportedly lodged that night with the se x worker, identified as Ebere. But after a round of fun with the 31-year-old (just a slice of their all night bargain), the man made to take a bottle of drink but the prostitute allegedly induced him to sleep.

It was after this that the night worker allegedly made away with the briefcase containing a huge sum of hard currency and other items belonging to the businessman, when she discovered that he was fast asleep.
